Beginner:

New to the sport of volleyball

Age 6 to 10
Intermediate:

Have some experience with volleyball

Can underhand pass the ball to the target

Age 10+
Advanced 1:

Have been trained on all volleyball skill sets (pass, set, hit and serve) for at least 1 year

Have game experience with school teams or clubs

Advanced 2:

Have been trained on all volleyball skill sets (pass, set, hit and serve) for several years

Can serve overhand over the net from the end line
